What You'll See
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the premier of the 2008 Art and the Animal exhibition.
Exhibit Details
Do you like wildlife and wildlife art? Do you have pets? Do your kids love animals? This exhibit is for you. You will marvel at the skill of artists from around the world, each artist portraying an animal or animals in bronze, oil paint, watercolor, or other art media.
The Neville Public Museum will host the world premier of the international art exhibition Art and the Animal. This exhibit will feature approximately 120 pieces of animal art by members of The Society of Animal Artists. This exceptional collection portrays animals from the jungle to the barnyard to the household pet and everything in between. From paintings to sculptures, from large to small, each artist's work provides a different perspective on our relationship with animals.
Green Bay is the only city in the Midwest to host this entire exhibition. Once it leaves the Neville, about one-half of the artworks will continue touring museums and art centers across the country.
